yer it’s all very much unknown, luckily we’ve managed to meet with great ormond a few times and they’re in charge of his care now really, the RVI is going off what GOSH say, and one doctor in particular who is regarded as Europe’s top doctor for this.Good luck marra.
My son had an auto immune disease called myasthenia gravis.
I can empathise with the various visits to the neurology and eye depts, yrs on various steroids and other drugs. And the worry and problems from a disease that doctors don't really know too much about the cause and cure brings.
Fortunately for us his condition went about a Yr or so ago as he went through puberty, and hopefully it wont come back.
