Thankfully I'm slow as fuck and have very cushioned shoes. Calves are tight but knees and back are painless. Religiously use my compex and massage gun. Not many 6'6" 245lb marathon shufflers!

Remember reading on here a little while ago about the bairn mate. I know from experience that the smb come together at times like this, my daughter done something similar to you after heart surgery and the smb were fantastic..
