Brilliant second half.

Few times he’s got them in at HT and managed to get a tune out of them in the second half...
Isn't that what you want at any level? You might get your game plan wrong but you survive the first half. Today Parky (and elsewhere) seems to have done that. 'Stop that fucker'...'give that twat a kick'...'and you two need to do this and that'...

That seems to be what we needed today. It's not that hard...just getting the staff in to do it. The season is in the balance. Consistency and they'll get there. But we need the consistency.

Aye, but how many years have we bemoaned the manager's impact being counterproductive. I think the coach is also heavily involved in this

Just to clarify, I was complimenting the manager.

He made his adjustments well, pushed the midfield close enough to get some bit which encourages the front three to put some pressure on their back line and it worked well.

I don’t think too much of Ipswich as an attacking force, I think they’ll struggle for playoff position to be honest.

Aye. Agreed.

Coventry must feel it's their year with so many injury time or late winners this season. Turned their away form round too. We need to go there and cause and upset, if that is what it would be deemed.

A like from me for that!

Think they ran out of energy after HT. They were sprinting around non-stop throughout the first half.
This all day. I said at half time that Ipswich couldn’t keep up the press all game. Similar to Doncaster who were equally poor second half after closing us down all first half.

Hopefully last week was the kick up the arse we needed, looked solid at the back and a determined second half performance, good 3pts and hopefully another 3 on Tuesday
