Has improved hugely under Parkinson and is now matching his potential.

He was good early last season then totally lost form and had an injury iirc. when he came back in at the end of the season he had a couple of decent spells and then Ross left him out for Morgan who hadn't really done it either, which was weird.

This season despite being infuriating at times hes a top player at this level and a goalscorer, his energy is really important to us.

I think it was when he had a baby, which is kind of understandable depending on circumstances.

Fair enough. I think especially with young players, it’s important not to totally write them off during a bad spell. More so with attacking players. I mean you can see he’s always given his even when things weren’t coming off. He never hid

That always infuriated me but he has so many more options around him now so he doesn’t have to do it. The way Ross set the team up just didn’t suit him...... or football in general really.
