He was good early last season then totally lost form and had an injury iirc. when he came back in at the end of the season he had a couple of decent spells and then Ross left him out for Morgan who hadn't really done it either, which was weird.

This season despite being infuriating at times hes a top player at this level and a goalscorer, his energy is really important to us.

His decision making is what has improved most. Getting his head up and looking for a team mate. Saying that, he seems to have more options around him now so I guess that helps the lad.

Whether confidence or bad man management he has been symbolic of the whole squad, in a few games he has gone from strength to strength and now looks good enough not just for this level but the one above.
