If you have any event involving thousands of paying customers, it's inevitable that there will be a culmination of rubbish. Telling folk to bin their own rubbish, which is correct, ultimately will not be taken on board by all. At the end of the day, the responsibility lies with the event organisers. Cheap shots at the scruffy ***** that don't bin their rubbish just buys into the hands of the club ownership.

In fairness, it is a problem in wider society. You only have to look at the side of motorways to conclude some people open a car window and hurl rubbish. Disgusting, it just always looks so stark at the SOL.

Agree, but this is something that is in our power and able to contribute to.
Pride in our club and city!
There’s a lot of stuff out of our control as supporters, player scouting / manager hiring etc. Which we have every right to complain about issues. 😀
We shouldn’t complain that someone else hasn’t picked our crap up for us.
why should he care if we don’t.
If any of us currently think littering Inside / outside the stadium is ok, it’s not! please stop

Nonsense, and there’s nothing cheap about it. It’s a proven fact and not attributable to anything other than laziness and ignorance on the part of the perpetrators.

Been a problem for years hasn’t it. At least in the past an effort has been made to clear it up, looks like even that is past us now.

Sad thing is there will be some fans out that who would volunteer to clean it up for nowt. Bet SD would rip their f***ing hands off too.

I’m sure he would, but the fact is if people just did the right thing he wouldn’t need to. Having said that we have to accept that some people are just pig ignorant wasters and Donald should plan accordingly and not allow it to accumulate in areas where paying guests are taken on a tour.

It's the clubs problem to sort out the rubbish mate, same as if it was a gig in the 02 arena or wherever, I agree people should sort out their own mess, but ultimately it's the event owners/organisers that are responsible.
 
And just a few months ago we were going to be one of the richest clubs in the world, allegedly

I’ll admit to being torn on this mate, the people who drop crap in the ground have no respect for the club or themselves. on the other hand there’s no excuse for leaving it lying around the place. It’s just one of those shit situations we are expected to accept.
