No doubt tomorrow we'll have Honeyman on, dribbling on about wanting to stay, but feeling Hull were far more geared up to earn him a champions league medal.
To be fair Honeyman probably did want to stay, in that interview after he signed for Hull he looked gutted. The stick he got from the fans and the fact the club were happy to flog him would've helped make his mind up.

no idea how anyone can be upset at his decision to leave, it was the right one for his career
Its true. Every time I think of us stuck in the third division, I get a warm glow inside knowing we helped Josh's career. Our promotion hopes died so his dreams could live.

The only stick he got was from some on here, not at games.

I agree but don’t get why he’s coming out now claiming he wanted to stay when it’s clear he didn’t he just wanted more money
He did want to stay but was offered more money. If you were working for Nissan and loved it (lol) but Ferrari offered you a massive amount more..?

An article that contradicts the headline . On a scale of 1-10, he comes over as disappointed to leave around 2 and actually wanting to stay around 3.

As for now established, well everytime I check , he’s on the bench . Anyone got appearances/starts/goals stats?

Scored once, but has never played more than 45 minutes in a game. Majority of the time he plays 5-15 minutes. Not much chance of putting a run together to be fair to him.

His comments are a bit twisted, He says he wanted to stay (but didn't) sign a deal but then said he wanted to go the fifth best league in Europe ? in reality he did what was best for him and his agent--Move on.
