Is there one black comedian

Another vote for Patrice O'Neal, there's loads of his stuff on Youtube, even him appearing on radio shows etc are hilarious.

Chappelle and Rock are the obvious ones, Kevin Hart is funny as well, don't think his stand up is that strong it's just his mannerisms.

It is breathtaking at times. Just a look on his face.
He didn't suffer fools either so he never got as famous as his utter genius should have made him.
Only put him on when some other comedian (might have been Kevin Hart) mentioned him on Joe Rogan.

He was saying during one of the first sets he did Patrice lobbed a phone directory of his head and shouted "read that, it'll be funnier".

He was very funny. RIP. 41 was no age.

There's talk of Eddie Murphy going back to doing stand up soon, I hope to hell this true and he does some shows over here, out of every comedian still with us out there he's be top of my list to see live.
(With Steve Martin being up there as well, though I'm getting to see him next year in Glasgow!)
