Not long ago the deluded were shouting about us being one of the richest clubs in the world,What do we end up with ten million that we will never see the georgies are coming in their pants .
" the Geordies "? I stand next to a load of Geordies at the match, cant see them " coming in their pants " if I'm honest? 🤔

Are we not allowed to question, debate or discuss anything about the club unless it's 100% positive?

No one knows what the deal entails. It sounds like a £10m loan. After that we will have to wait and see.

No point having a go at posters because they are raising questions.

They’re not just raising questions though. They’re also providing their own guessed answers, casting doubt on the legitimacy of it, the motives behind it, the rationale of it all, just to suit their own agenda. We don’t know anything about this yet....much less the amount of money involved. There are f***ing idiots on here who think these Americans are going to give Donald millions of pounds, some of which he’s just going to keep for himself and give the rest to Coton to spunk up the wall, and that’s going to be that! The suggestion is f***ing laughable man!

I'm not actually going to read that bollocks, but you show me quotes where the current owners aren't " wealthy enough "

Also, from the very start, SD said he was always going to look for further investment.

Do you want me to make you a tinfoil hat?

Eh? So why has he said he would need further investment? Maybe because he isnt wealthy enough?
Maybe he could sustain us as a mid table league one club, and if you're happy with that then fine. I'll rephrase, he is not wealthy enough to take us forward back up the divisions to where we belong.

It is a huge positive for the club. We've got 3 massively rich Americans investing in the club. Quite obviously the aim will eventually be for them to own at least a portion of it, just like how Short initially invested before taking over. These people aren't bothered about earning £1m in interest or whatever. Getting them involved is a game changer for SAFC, not sure how anyone can be negative about this

Again, guessing again.

Come back with real quotes when you have some.

Aww man, can we not be negative bellends about it?

Hes said that himself... and the fact that he has been constantly hunting for outside investment for the last 12 months and our recruitment in the summer was shocking and our scouting network has been stripped back are BETTER than a quote as you couldn't trust a word out his mouth anyway.

" says to me " 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 and you got two likes 😳😂😂😂😂😂

This place is full of f***ing idiots

We must have the thickest and most paranoid fanbase in the whole of the football league

I wonder what it is about Sunderland supporters who have not seen their team lift a trophy in nearly fifty years, have experienced two record low points tallies, no European football, countless relegations including two to the third division (including a back to back relegation) and financial catastrophe on a few occasions that makes them paranoid about the club’s prospects or the people running the show:

edit- this is of course potentially good news today. Can be optimistic about it with a healthy dose of skepticism to soften any disappointment
