BA long haul flights...

3 a week? That's horrific. And fair play to you for saving folk.
Didn’t save many even though we were there within minutes. I’ve done 3 in a shift ( 12hrs, 2 in baggage reclaim) before, with none of them leaving hospital.
LHR was one of the best covered airports for defibs when I worked there and not many people survived

You could have told me about taking an aspirin before a long haul!!!

Some people can’t get along with it. It’s bad for stomach so eat before you take it.

There is also zero high level evidence for it and it's not recommended due to the side effect profile.

If you really want to prevent it then wear graded compression stockings, remain hydrated and keep mobile.

I flew to Miami with BA long haul and thought it was canny but I am a short arse so extra leg room not needed really.

American airlines are streets ahead of most of our airlines though so doesn't surprise me there flight was good

Emirates is the best though nobody even comes close for long haul although you do have to pay the pennies to get on there
AA are one of the worst airlines in the world imo

Singapore, Thai, cathay, virgin, Emirates and one or two others knock spots off BA longhaul, even short flights they are crap compared to the likes of Austrian for example.

Flew back from Kuala Lumpa and the person in front reclined the whole way back. Absolutely no leg room
had that Heathrow to Singapore....then Singapore to Sidney......the back of his seat became my bitch, he started to doze off I booted it...I drank coffee to stay awake and make his life as hell as mine...:D

booked business class on the way home......cost a bomb.

I've travelled 1st and Business when someone else was paying for it but now its out of my own pocket its in with the herd, hunker down, grin and bear it in the knowledge that I'm not alone in not enjoying it.

I actually don't mind long-haul, doing a fairly short 8 hour trip in 2 weeks time, couple of movies and a book, the trip flies over if you forgive the pun 🙂

I rarely recline my seat on long haul but coming back from the states a few weeks ago on an overnight flight I thought nowt off it.
I almost came to blows with the bellend behind me who, instead of just saying excuse me mate" decided to start kicking and punching the back of my seat. His arse went when I got up mind.

I've got a nine and a half hour flight Heathrow to Miami (cattle class) on Monday, ot looking forward to that fcker

The bloke behind should have knocked you clean out and shit in your hand luggage.

Flew Business Class from JFK to LHR in April. Worth every penny. Upgraded at check-in
Of course I've ruined it for the rest of my life now as I'm far too tight to pay full price and slumming it in economy on Sat with Easyjet is going to be a living hell

I found that after being upgraded on a schiphol to Curacao flight

Every other flights a disappointment now

I'm flying to New York on Monday with AA, I've read online that they're taking the screens out of the seats on a lot of their flights and you have to use your own device to access the in flight entertainment.
