We sacked Ross to seemingly replace him with a manager who plays an even more defensive and negative style of play with an average win percentage of 36% across his career. Hes not gotten above 40% since his first appointment in 2003-06 which was only 42%.
 
6 managers in 7 years at Eastleigh, two of which were Richard Hill. I’ve little confidence Donald will get this right particularly given the strong link to Parkinson.

All those things above are the exact opposite of what we need. We need a lift, we need bums on seats, we need a style of football that will excite the fans. It needs to be quick, attacking and aggressively on the front foot. It's requires a character off the field with a siege mentality to rally players and fans alike. If promoted we need continuity, and a style we can take into league one.

Phil Parkinson is the opposite of everything we need and would stupidity to appoint him.

IMO of course. An absolute smack in the face and a potential season ender in terms of ambivalence and apathy towards this football club yet again.
