Does Barnes ever have anything positive to say about the club and it's supporters .Always seems to be angling his questions to have a dig at club/fans but when he needs to ask tough questions of the manager simply avoids it ...usually hidden by the "difficulty of playing in front of support with an expectation"

I recommended Dean Hodsworth long before he was a Brentford regular to a safc scout.
Jonathon De Guzman too, long before he’d even heard of Swansea. His older brother anarl when he was still in Germany.
There’s a big 6’5” Nigerian kid currently playing centre half for Almeira in the Spanish second division on loan from a Turkish club. In a few years time he’ll be playing in the top flight of one of Europe’s big 5 countries.

Balance sheet had to be balanced I guess. Let's be real, Donald has done well to make us investable but bloody hell, things have been cut to the bone across various areas. Whilst fees have been paid for players, lots of that has been offset with parachute payments etc. We need immediate investment. Donald doesn't have the financial muscle to run this club properly.

This means we’re in the market for bosmans.
No point in scouting players who aren’t Bosmans.
Every club knows who’s contracts are up next summer.
Agents are ringing safc up about their bosmans clients.
We pick from who’s available.
We don’t truly know who’s available until June 30th.
Bosmania ensues.

Scouting bairn s is a different matter altogether though. With two ex safc aol graduates in the England team regularly we should be making hay amongst the Up n coming NE Nairn’s. As fuckin if.
