We're building at least.

World Cup is weird though, we were incredibly ordinary in 2003 until the second half against Wales in the Quaters, pretty crap in 2007 but still made the final, so maybe being good is bad

Although we were shite in 2011 and 2015 so maybe being bad is bad
That's it for me, if we can keep getting better each game, we're going to be a handful when we come up against the top teams.

We look like we're going into each game with a plan, we have executed it reasonably well on each occasion without ever looking in much danger. That's all we can ask at this stage really.

Big improvement for me was that we went through the phases today. 20+ for Youngs try several minutes past the buzzer, in the 6N just past theres no way they would have committed like that, either woukd have forced something and fluffed it or gone for a drop goal. Engkand wanted the ball today.

Exactly, also a pleasing lack of penalties whilst in possession which has been our biggest problem in recent times.

i've been disappointed with the pacific island nations so far, was hoping for a bit better showing. hopefully tonga can get sonething back against the frogs.

also, the ref at lincoln yesterday would have made a cracking prop.
