Has there been work done on the South Stand recently?

NR just very confidently stated DD was held up at Newcastle due to safety concerns of their ground, but ours has flown through? If there were concerns about the south stand, then there'd be a hold up I'd expect.

No idea mate, just saying what I'd read on here a while back - something to do with old pit shafts. Probably bollocks as there's been nowt said since I don't believe.

The company that has been registered for the mags potential takeover
Ah right, thanks.

Is it possible that some Mags have got hold of ours and used it as a template to fake one for themselves? Just that the date format's wrong for a start.

Mind, as others have said, Delaware is commonly used to register US parent companies and i guess there's a chance they'd use the same formation agent/lawyer.

What are people concerned about, that the whole thing's fake? Or that Dell & Co have turned their attentions (back) to Newcastle?

No it isn't.

Very likely bollocks. The biggest thing putting anyone off buying Newcastle is the eye-watering asking price! Who wants to pay £300m+ for a club treading water in the league.

Unlikely I would have thought (the faking it) The date is the US format, month then day then year.

They are a massive registration agent apparently;

I know that, but it still states it should be mmddyyyy. They've got mmdyyyy. My limited experience with Delaware bureaucracy makes me think that could easily be voided by that 'error'. I'm probably wrong though and if it's genuine then obviously it's either not a problem or was missed. Who are the Newcastle investors?
Why is our month not 09 then?
Good point, well made!!!! Ignore all the above.

Nothing untoward I would have said;

I work on the US stockmarket, loads of companies are incorporated in Delaware as you say

in fact a quic google tells me -

over 66% of the are in Delaware.

I think if that was the case and based off the order of things, we'd know by now. There's enough people on the inside of the DD providers (assuming they'd use the same again) that we'd know if they were at that stage with a different club.
