Why are people still posting stupid info like this? As @janey just said, it's fraud and you can't just register a company at another companies address man!
I could pretend I was an interested Sheikh and create a company called "UNITED NEWCASTLE FOOTBALL CLUB" but I then couldn't use the Mags official company address.

In fairness, how can Donald say it is better than 50/50 with certainty? he's on the wrong side of the fence to know.
It isn't unreasonable to think that there are people with links to the americans who know that it is a much better than 50/50 chance and they are just getting their ducks in a row.
Take the much used house sale analogy, someone comes for a viewing of your house which you have on the market. You know the prospective buyer is keen from the viewing and they have been in touch with the estate agent since to ask some promising questions about room dimensions and to arrange a second viewing.
You can know they are interested and you can speculate to what extent but you can't say with any certainty it is better than 50/50. However, people who know the prospective buyer might know they f***ing love your gaff and that they will offer the asking price once they have had conversations with the family and looked into practicalities like school moves etc.
In fact, Mrs Prospective-Housebuyer has been shopping around for quotes for new carpets as yours are lifting (strong likelyhood they are covered in piss if this place is anything to go by recently). She has told her mate - let's call her Mrs Reiver for arguements sake - that they will definately buy it unless someone else gets in their first. In these circumstances Mrs Reiver knows more than you do.

Thing is mate, Donald has to be incredibly careful what he says. Whatever he says will be either wilfully or accidentally misconstrued. He will be believed by some and castigated by others. His only real option is to say absolutely nothing and that in itself leads to wild speculation. It’s a very fine line for him to tread.

If there is one thing that this whole takeover has highlighted, it's that as fans we are desperate for this to go through and any glimmer of hope of a better future is all we are living for (in a football sense)
