I like Donald, I've got nothing against him whatsoever. The takeover deal will be priority right now and rightly so, once the takeover is complete, that's when they'll begin to consider Ross's position imo.

I’ve got nothing against Donald either...I just don’t think he was ever here long term. I think he cares that the club is successful and feels part of the club. I just think his main focus is on the deal getting complete more than Ross and the style of play. I don’t think he’s enjoying watching the performances either but I don’t see anything happening until everything is done...part of this delay may even be what the new owners have in mind for Donald or if they are even considering him...

Good point i dont mind Donald staying in some capacity the issue with it is and i could be wrong here his loyalty to ross.

of course, get the deal done first, how can he consider firing the manager whilst this is all going on, the potential new owners will sort that IF it goes through

If a decision to change manager is hinging on the Americans taking full control, this could be putting us back another season here like. The longer this goes on and the longer JR stays in control is of massive detriment to the bigger picture. They better hurry up and sort this mess out because its all well and good talking about infrastructure and future plans but everybody at the club seems to be ignoring the glaring here and now problems.

Here is one, jumping straight in to have a go. Why didn't you say this to Rocky. He has been more abusive and confrontational than the Rat?

Haway mate I haven't been abusive to him. Some of the stick he gets is over the top but he brings a lot of it on himself. He is very brash and it rubs people up the wrong way.

I'll not get drawn in on the confrontational argument as any question asked can be construed as confrontational

Because generally Rocky is not that confrontational, the Rat however has a style of posting which is, not just on this thread but just about every thread he contributes to, I was merely stating that his style will bring confrontation.

No one deserves abuse though
