If registering a new company with the SoL as a registered office isn't a hint as wide as the Channel that completion is close, I don't know what is.

I've heard a few people saying it could be mags on a wind up. I don't think it is.

Would it be possible though? Is there anything stopping people doing this?

It's the equivalent of the old Annual Return. It will simply show changes in share capital (if any), changes in shareholders (if any) and changes in persons with significant control (control of 75% or more of shares). It's a routine document and has to be filed even if it's a nil return. If everything's gone through, it might give some hints as to what the deal was, but it's pretty much irrelevant given the the number of other filings that will be required on completion.
It's 25% or more for a PSC. So if the confirmation is due for the relevant company it should reveal whether or not SD (Madrox) retains at least 25% or not.

The filing was done electronically by a large, and very expensive, firm of lawyers in London. There will have been supporting documents with it that don't get shown, including the directors' consent to act. Spoofing them would constitute forgery, and we'd have heard all about it by now if that was the case.

That insider knowledge or is it on the paperwork

No not possible. They would have had to forge legal documents with the directors names on them for a start.

Private Plane by Thomas Leer. A late 70s electro pop classic. Christ I love that record. I’ve lain by pools repeat playing it on my iPod ten or twelve times in a row.
Cheers. Never heard of him or the track but I like it a lot on first listen. Sort of Fad Gadgetish? He’s not the best singer but that is good music!
