Yes, sorry my opinion differs from yours.
Don't be touchy. Getting SKP would be similar to Newcastle appointing Shearer. Phillips doesn't even have a coaching job at the moment as he coached an appalling Stoke side and was sacked with Rowett. To me its a ludicrous suggestion - rather than getting all sensitive why not give me reasons why Phillips would be a good choice other the sentimental reason that he was a good footballer for us.

Huge if right. One leaving could be family reasons etc, two going suggests things are starting to happen and, with his team taken out from underneath him, you'd think Ross would have to follow, can't see the sense in getting rid of backroom staff then keeping him there
Could be a DOF coming in and wants his team in.

Not what that other poster says.

THERE. ISN'T. A. POXY. PM.
Well when I sat watching a game with him recently, in a house not a pub and only 3 of us, he was very angry when I mentioned abuse JR gets on here.

Plus other stuff........but that will do for me on it. wouldn't have mentioned above but hate to think you reckon im making it up.

Like anyone going into management I wouldn't write them off. I'd be happy with giving him a chance. He's done it the right way and done coaching jobs.
