What was wrong with his selected starting 11 last night tho ? For 20 mins we butchered them , what was he supposed to do from the sidelines when his players bottled it after the pen miss ?
He could start by blasting the players and show seem leadership from the sidelines. He just starts there looking cool with his hands in his pockets.

If he has no influence of how to effect a game well there is another reason to sack him. Hes all around useless

Substitutions are always 10-15 minutes too late.
Time talks are totally ineffectual - we either come out poorly first half and concede or come out after half time looking like we've had the momentum sucked out of us. Yet people want him to stay. Performances have been so so poor under him for a sustained period. I just don't get it.

I'd not want him to recruit another player, but do believe he will be gone in 3-4 games when we again fuck up after the takeover.
SD will have to pull the trigger, does he have the balls, plus a replacement, hopefully he's already looking.

He’s had the equivalent of almost 2 premier league seasons so far.

He’s won 14 of his last 34. Not good enough.
34 is a weird number to pick given that a PL season is 38 games.

I’m still on the fence - we have to stop being so inconsistent, -land we still can’t hold on to a lead. However, we are 4 points from top with a game in hand so it’s not like results-wise the season has started completely disastrously, and if anyone else sacked their manager in that situation we would all think they were being far too hasty!

That’s how many we’ve played since January.

Managers don't have any ability to influence games once the match starts if you listen to Ross. He made a point of mentioning that in his press conference before the play-off final.

Coz changing has worked hasn’t it?:lol:

Which of our previous managers didn't deserve the sack by the time they went? The problem wasn't the way we went through managers, the problem was hiring a succession of poor managers who played completely different styles of football leaving us with a totally unbalanced squad combined with a bunch of incompetents running the club.

Hopefully Donald has minimal involvement in the day-to-day running of the club once the takeover is complete otherwise I fear we'll end up in a similar cycle for a few years at least.
