Just FYI from when Madrox Partners was incorporated until the time they bought the club was 20 days so could still be a while yet. Or today or tomorrow. eeeeee! Exciting.

I sometimes feel like I'm the only Sunderland fan that's not that excited about this. It might make a difference if we get out of this dreadful league I suppose.

Agreed the FPP Sunderland companies house documentation is genuine
But the truth is anybody can form a company at very little cost and file documents at Companies house I have formed lots in my time for many different clients
However not all companies go on to trade or go further than some basic filing documents
This new company may or may not have been formed
To take over the activities of the football club
Until someone has stated or has had sight of the actual documents of this new company’s agreement to acquire the company of Sunderland football club and its activities this newly formed company means nowt
For example if the deal and agreement broke down between the prospective buyers and Donald and co
FPP Sunderland could virtually just be torn up and an application be made to strike it off made
So I’m just saying until there is acknowledgment of a written agreement between both parties the formation of this new company is not proof in itself of a deal been done

The company was registered by Latham and Watkins. The lawyers presumably acting on their behalf

What I want to know is, if they were registered on Companies House yesterday, why has it took until today to notice! Thought there would have been a few checking like.

Anyway GERRIN

Thats not strictly correct. Its probably right, but just because they have registered the holding company doesnt mean the holding company now owns the club.
It would be if all of the documents have been signed and aboard meetings taken place, by both boards, ratifying the deal. The Company FPP Sunderland would have to be formed before any take over as a vehicle to facilitate the deal.
