What other 25%? The new American company owns 100% of the new English company.
They may well do.
I thought the FPP Sunderland Ltd was a holding company looking after F, P and Ps shares in SAFC and that F, F and P own 75 % of FPP Sunderland Ltd according to someone upthread. Which is why I asked who owns the other 25% of FPP?

People going over the top like. We don’t know how these will invest, and we still have Jack Ross in charge who is totally clueless.

You are right we don’t know anything yet about their investment plans...hopefully it’s ambitious although we do still have to meet the financial fair play rules.

It would be interesting to see how Ross would. React to having a reasonable budget. Presumably also a lot more players may be interested in coming to us if the new boards plans are communicated. Ross was right to some extent that the club does need to grow more sustainably, albeit we do need a good cash injection now to get us out this league.

Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. As that's registered in Delaware, which has very limited disclosure requirements, it's guesswork as to who the partners are. My guess is all four. Dell isn't a director of the newco, because he's intended to be a passive investor. Going forward, I'd guess that the newco will own a majority stake in Sunderland, with the minority interest staying with Madrox.

Can this post be stickied please so it doesn’t get asked repeatedly? 😂

Can you explain that being a Director doesn't necessarily mean that you have an equal share of the business as I think that some are getting a bit confused on here?

As an example:

The Sunderland Association Football Club Ltd is owned by Sunderland Limited (75% or more) which is owned by Madrox Partners Limited (75% or more) which is owned by Sjd Leisure Holdings Limited (75% or more) which is owned by Stewart Donald.

So Sunderland Limited, if Donald keeps a percentage, could be owned by both Madrox, FPP and A N Other/s.

Like Russian Dolls mate, each 25% smaller.

(I know what point you are making, it will still be lost on some mind)
