Surely the takeover shouldn’t have been leaked because there’s a chance it will start to impact the players and surely it wouldn’t be leaked if there was any sort of chance it could fall through. Since the fans would be probably turn on Stewart quickly if it did.

haway lads, if it was going to 'fall through' it would not be falling through in several days time, it would just happen...some feckers just do not/can not think before posting shite.
