The new owners came over and spoke to the staff at Sunderland as well as other things. Dell was there.

Speculation I felt at the time and believe so.

Feel this one could be possible and if it is then for him to leave it's been well sold to him.

I think I am fairly safe to say ,unequivocally, that Michael Dell has never been to Sunderland. :D

It was reported by the media who actually know the square root of fuck all.
It will be complete when the people involved actually announce it.
that may be this week or next month for all we know.
Who cares? It’ll either happen or it won’t at some time other in the near future.
