Given that even RR and ALS we’re saying it would be a fortnight, a fortnight ago, I don’t really get what his whinge is for.

There are a million possible reasons why it may have been done ten days ago but can't be announced. They haven't even got EFL approval yet have they? That's the obvious one but to assume that once a deal is done there is nothing that could hold up announcement is crazy.

If the "when" the deal was completed becaomes the biggest issue people have then, fuck me, we will be in a good place.

Careful now, you will open up a whole new thread of discussion about what "completed" means and at what point it was truly "completed" if it wasn't EFL ratified!

I can't keep up with the thread so don't know who you're talking about specifically, but if it's Reiver, he's not claiming to be 'itk' in the sense that he is within the club in some capacity. He's openly said that, on this particular occasion, he happens to know someone who knows one of the new prospective owners.

I always find those type of 'itks' as being more reliable and trustworthy.

Could be that everything was agreed in principle a while back, but until contracts are signed there’s always that element of doubt.
