Mr Riever have you been coerced into playing the announcement down so that it has maximum effect when the Americans come to town🤣 regardless I’ve got a feeling about tomorrow and this is the first time I’ve felt something is gonna happen!

Aye mate the last 3 seasons have seen us spend big however I've lived through us owned by Kopite Agent Johnson and over a decade of penniless Kenwright selling players like boyhood Rooney and Arteta to just keep the club afloat financially. Without Moyes at the time we would have gone down no question in my mind.

Sadly its what the game has become and we've all become poorer for it.
Moyes, partially responsible for our club being where we are the utter twat.

All this excitement for a gang of profit seeking Yanks rolling into town.

Haway lads what it used to be growing up when futbol used to be about the lads out on the pitch and hoping to see one or two having a bevvy in your local.

Sky has ruined football iirc

If they’re seeking a profit, then they aren’t the world class businessmen they appeared to be. They’d have to be immensely stupid.

Of course, it’s not about profit. It’s about taking a shambles of a club with great potential, managing it properly, making funds available and watching it grow into something amazing. It’s for the excitement, the vanity, the satisfaction, perhaps meeting extremely wealthy contacts, advertising, the entire scene. A project to sink their teeth into.

If, and it’s a big if, we turn a decent profit in 5, 10, 15 year’s time, then all the better for them, but it’s not going to be their motivation. They’re already wealthier than God. They’ll probably put most of it back into the club.

The plane that came for the Wimbeldon game was registered no. N9997x - a Dassault Falcon 7x.

The one that just landed had the code FA7X on Flight radar - a Dassault Falcon 7x.

Pretty coincidental.
Probably their equivalent of a company car pool they all will have their own private jet poor things .
