How many of the current squad would you have in the PL if somehow we we're there in 2 years time? Is Ross getting the best out of the current squad this season and did he last? How would he perform if he was given a squad like Everton's for us in the PL or basically which PL team could you see Ross managing now and being successful with?
Is he getting the best out of the squad at the minute.......absolutely he is, the squad with the exception of 2 or 3 players is absolute chod, some people seem to forget this!

Personally think Ross might be better in the championship with his stlye of football which is more structured. This league is all about the basics and physicality which unfortunately we do not do well enough.
Ha Ha Ha

So, who assembled this squad ?

Don’t tell me you enjoy watching his teams bumble aimlessly through games ?No direction /ethos/game plan .A year in and they still look like a load of strangers who Havnt played together
We have a squad of 3rd division players with the exception of McGeady......welcome to the 3rd division!
Ha Ha Ha

Stewart Donald mainly ....... FACT

Who would be realistic then and do we give this manager a 2 year contract? If he's good enough for L1 now then would he be good for PL if he's no PL experience? If the 'new' owners are serious about the future and long term growth of the club then why look at a manager for the short term? In around 20 months we could be back in the PL much bigger and stronger financially than a lot of clubs. However we may then have a manager that limits us as he can't handle bigger name players with bigger egos and wages. What then, sack him and look for someone in a panic like we did how many times last time?

Do the owners just let Ross crack on until the end of the season and waste another year in this league when there's only 1 place they want to be? Is it really that daft to think that the 'new' owners are possibly looking down this route of starting with a manager who has PL experience and may well be up for a change and who can also jump aboard the long term thing and look past the fact we're in L1? I'd dare say they'll have the money to tempt them along with any compensation required so it may be deluded in some way but I wouldn't be shocked if it happened given football has had plenty shocks over the years.
Did you actually read what i posted?

He’s not getting the best out of anyone ,he’s killing the team .They Havnt got a clue what their roles are ,I agree with your comment about most of them being chod, but he signed the bastards !

2am BST to tie in with Wall Street opening
You said that earlier this week.. I set my alarm for 1.58am sat on the bog in the female position for a wee looking at my phone. Mrs banged on the door accusing me of watching Frankie, I tried to explain that Riv of the SMB who I don’t know from Adam has said we are being taken over by 4 billionaires and will be the richest club in the world. She said that’s great then asked why I was setting my alarm for 2am, I said cos Fletch who I don’t know from Adam reckons it’s to tie in with Wall-street. She shook her head in disbelief and has been funny with me since...

I’m not sure premier league managers are a realistic proposition right now. For me, Poyet was the one who got away. He was sacked too soon and I think could have developed us with more time to recruit to his style. I think he’d be up for a return, anarl.
