Based on what we know I would say the potential buyers knowledge of the game are limited, so I would be dubious about a manager they wanted. However having said that if I was about to buy something, especially a business, for a lot of money I would make sure I had the ear of someone who knows their onions. So it's highly likely they've been taking advice from someone.

Yep,me too mate! There is some speculation around that any delay may be because they want it to accompany a change in manager. I'm sceptical about that,but,what's your view on it?
