Well who knows in fairness. Sunderland were a broken club for many years in Premier. 8-12 months was never enough to turn the club around. But thats all the managers were ever given. And the fans accepted it.

We'd also got just 3 points from his last 8 games before he got sack and were 1 point above relegation so he was rightly sacked with just 7 games left to stop the rot. Di Canio came in and thanks to new manager bounce ended up with dirty knees at your place and we stayed up

The big difference is, they don't have anywhere near as many members on those forums nor anywhere near the traffic/posts as on here at SMB. That toonstastics forum has had just 52 active members in last 24 hours and Sima's mates forum has had about 50 members too yet the SMB at 11pm at night currently has 700 members online and 1700 in total. So well over 1,000 members will have been online today along with 1,000's more lurking yet they say that we are obssessed about them?

Maybe they have but if not then they will now. No matter what was said after by him to 'fix' it, he's just a boring tedious twat now and he's more than served his purpose and the board would be better off without him.
