They need t
The Railway Stables for definite. Many uses for this building if the area is redeveloped. If I had the money and the rest of the area was looking to be overhauled I would do something similar to what Canterbury did with one of their listed building (look up the Goods Shed). Currently without anything else in the area to attract people other than matchdays, it wouldnt be a viable option. Id like to see it as a big craft ale and foodhall (Poetic License/Roker Hotel style. But like I say, pointless on non matchdays as there is hardly any footfall

Also... Personally Id try and move the old Doxford & Sons entrance to sheepfolds and use it in the makeup of retaining some of our local history. Its a travesty that its left to ruin currently

They need to build apartments and residential too. Bring area to life

It’s the same in winter with snow...people bring heaters and enclosures... weather doesn’t stop tailgating

Am I right in thinking NFL is for the middle and upper class?? I doubt the local health and safety would allow such events here in the UK.

Where does Barnsley rank? They have billionaire owners as well apparently, and there's been no big spending there.. Oh well
I know, this is the problem with folk getting carried away. I’ve no doubt these blokes are interested in buying the club, if they haven’t completed the deal already, but folk seem a bit cock-sure that they’re gonna pump money into the club and area like Man City without any kind of statement or the new guys setting out their stall. It’ll be a positive step for the club no doubt but all this talk of building theme parks outside the SOL n that
What nonsense.

Says him with a Dell avatar! I'm just waiting until it's officially announced as owt could happen until then!

It's the bit of text going with it though as they're saying it like it's a done thing and if it was last week then it's jumping the gun even more then. Has anyone got one or seen someone with it on? It would be canny to wear one if you worked with Mags as it would wind them up to fuck for sure!:lol:

You could have NeeCashley Utd on the back anarl!:lol:
It was the terminology that was used last week. ‘Takeover completed’ was the headline in the article that broke the news. It might be completed but it’s not completed completed.
