Mags at Wembley ? Fuck off ! Really????Bit of a glass house there Monkey boy. Your last competitive trophy was closer to your founding than this season and you've never had a sniff of the new Wembley other than when Spurs borrowed it and the Chronicle ran a "Mags at Wembley" special.![]()

Apart from that what have the Roman's ever done for usI think it's pretty simple, there are more rough, underprivileged areas in and around Newcastle. Many of their fans are uneducated, they're childish, petty and it makes them irrational and quick to explode when they don't get their own way.
The most baffling thing about it all is their inability to reasonably see Sunderland's potential through sheer spite, hate and relentless brainwashing. They must be thick as if they can't understand why we'd be an attractive prospect to potential investors.
- We have a fantastic stadium;
- We have a top academy with category 1 status;
- We have a rich history;
- We have a fanatical fan base that has shown loyalty through real adversity, adversity that they have yet to experience;
- We are good value as we're in league one.

"Newcastle United are back at Wembley.
They take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Wednesday.
United’s record at the national stadium is as black and white as the strips they wear.
The Magpies at one time were, technically speaking, unbeaten at Wembley for 50 years.
On the other hand, they haven’t won a major fixture there for 63 years - and counting.
As they prepare to step out at the new, redeveloped Wembley Stadium for the first time, we recall Newcastle United’s visits to the world-famous football venue."
Here’s a quote from Toonplastic. “Yeah, if Michael Dell is looking to properly invest in a football club, he isn't going to pick one in League one that plays in a shithole town like Sunderland”I just love the fact they think that maybe some massively wealthy blokes with personal fortunes in the billions might not be certain about an investment and might be swayed by a few pictures of an empty stand, Adam Johnson, or even (as yesterday) a "buy the mags instead" pitch with a few photos from Newcastle. They're devastated and gutted. If this comes off, and if we do well, it'll finish them off
The thing is most clubs would be happy with Ashley. I'm sure Sheff Wed, Leeds, Forest and Blackburn would settle for PL stability and in decent financial shape. But the Mags want an owner like Chelsea and City. They expect to be challenging for the top 4.Given whats happening at SAFC I have a real worry this will raise the bile for Mr Ashley.
His shop windows are going to take a hell of a bothering in coming days I feel.
Makes sense. Lest we forget Scotswood, Elswick and Byker.Here’s a quote from Toonplastic. “Yeah, if Michael Dell is looking to properly invest in a football club, he isn't going to pick one in League one that plays in a shithole town like Sunderland”
As bad as that 'journalism' is you have to remember the Chronicles readership.Oh yes they did! I'll try to find the link, it was jawdropping.

That's the saddest and most desperate thing I've ever read. Sad, shameless, obsessed fuckers, I honestly can't get my head around someone saying shit like that for real man.
He was trying to come across as a sensible mag poster, but like all the twats has shown his true colours. If this takeover happens it’ll totally buckle them.Gorilla nonce
