They are Americans however and you have had one of them already, When Americans invest, they borrow the money first, and they aren't big on individual accountability or taking any personal risk. The fact that a few people who could afford your club all on their own are grouping together would concern me if it was happening at Newcastle. The takeover would be starting with the club in debt.
Ahahahahaha, is this the very best you can offer? Absolutely seething this tramp.

I'm like others are buzzing with this news. Its obviously all done barring the official fit and proper persons test. We now have the money potentially to compete in the transfer market at every level we may potentially get to. Whilst throwing money left right and centre is not always the answer hopefully with the right people employed and a sensible approach we can climb the leagues and eventually compete with the big boys in the premier league. Can someone please enlighten me as to what the term 'passive investor' is with regards to Michael Dell? Could the term be used with regards to him to avoid a quinny 'we have a good hand' scenario and prices being more inflated than they already are if that's possible??

With Dell's money alone, I'm pretty sure he could finance us on his daily interest and still be making a profit... Any bankers or finance guys out there fancy working out the daily or yearly interest on 37 billion dollars? Lol. I seem to remember years ago, when Chelsea bought Drogba, Abramovic came out and said he made the money back in interest in no time!
He has it sat in a Halifax current account so receives £2 per month. Best deal out there in the current financial climate.

A passive investor is one who does not participate in the day-to-day decisions of running a company. In partnerships, such investors may be deemed limited partners rather than general partners. The passive investor assumes the market is efficient and that stocks are correctly priced to reflect the risk involved in buying the stock.A passive investor relies on the controlling stakeholders and the management to conduct the business of the corporation in such a way as both to maximize its value and to share the upside potential with the passive investor
