fuck me peter kemyon was crowd funding to try buy their clubHere’s one
Whilst I agree RE: Americans in football, you know fine well that your mob would be collectively knocking one out in PC World this morning if it was Newcastle
imagine if liverpool, city, united, arsenal, leicester. wolves had a similar philosophy....the crux is no fucker will buy you as they dont want their businesses targetted, their homes picketted, stalked at restraunts etcPersonally I wouldn't, I don't like Ashley, yet I don't hate him. I recognise he is the only owner in my lifetime who has invested his own money at personal risk to the club. He also won't allow the club to lose a single penny. Unless any takeover is by some mental fucker with loads of money they want to chuck away to win things, I don't see the point in a takeover as anyone else will most likely put us in debt to achieve the same.

The complete opposite to what the current owners are looking for. They insist any deal must be in the best interests of the club. Just because they are American you can’t assume they will all behave in the same way. Your thought process has been clouded by bitterness, delusion and the anticipation of being cut a drift at the bottom of the league by Halloween. They are Americans however and you have had one of them already, When Americans invest, they borrow the money first, and they aren't big on individual accountability or taking any personal risk. The fact that a few people who could afford your club all on their own are grouping together would concern me if it was happening at Newcastle. The takeover would be starting with the club in debt.
You mean like Ellis short who paid off our debt? They are Americans however and you have had one of them already, When Americans invest, they borrow the money first, and they aren't big on individual accountability or taking any personal risk. Ere, we are talking about our takeover, now feck off.Personally I wouldn't, I don't like Ashley, yet I don't hate him. I'm like others are buzzing with this news. Its obviously all done barring the official fit and proper persons test. We now have the money potentially to compete in the transfer market at every level we may potentially get to. Whilst throwing money left right and centre is not always the answer hopefully with the right people employed and a sensible approach we can climb the leagues and eventually compete with the big boys in the premier league. Can someone please enlighten me as to what the term 'passive investor' is with regards to Michael Dell? Could the term be used with regards to him to avoid a quinny 'we have a good hand' scenario and prices being more inflated than they already are if that's possible??
