That generated a wave of interest with each media outlet having pretty much the same story. As people wanted more information, each outlet has been desperate for their own angle, to be a bit different and ultimately get clicks. A lot of the stories will be pure speculation and not much different to posts on here.

So we think that we’re gonna have massive investment to buy ourselves out of this and the championship, I’m over the moon if that was the case but can’t see it if I’m honest, I think they’ll help but it’ll not be £100m this season, then £100m next etc, it’ll still be business plan and slow progress imho.

Nobody needs to spend £100m to get out of this league. The same is true in the championship.

I think the plan will be premier League asap though.

I don't think anyone is expecting them to spend 100M to get us into the Prem full stop.

I think 3-5M in Jan IF needed, and maybe an additional 20/30M if promoted would be sufficient,

With Dell's money alone, I'm pretty sure he could finance us on his daily interest and still be making a profit... Any bankers or finance guys out there fancy working out the daily or yearly interest on 37 billion dollars? Lol. I seem to remember years ago, when Chelsea bought Drogba, Abramovic came out and said he made the money back in interest in no time!
 
Second morning in a row I've woken up and checked this forum just to be sure I wasn't dreaming. If this is one big dream I hope to feck I don't wake up before we've won the Champions league.
