Ipswich fans thoughts on it:

They seem to have a very high opinion of themselves.

“The 4.3m they threw at Will Grigg worked out well. They would probably have to spend over 10m to get close to having a squad as good as ours”

It's just been reported on Look North as 'completed in the next fortnight'.

If people aren't convinced by that then that's their affair.

Well if Look North say it (something positive about us) - then fingers crossed - but let's not count any chickens till it's ssd (signed, sealed delivered)

Possibly the ones in receipt of parachute payments. Leeds have the largest wage bill of clubs that don't - their's is £32m (a whopping 80% of turnover).

Tell a lie - it's Derby, whose £40m wage bill is 125% of turnover. That's going to need to come down - a lot. No wonder they had to do a sale and leaseback of their ground to comply with FFP.
Yet they are signing Rooney on stupid money. Surely they are goosed if not promoted this year.

Dont like how Dell keeps being distanced from the whole thing from various media outlets.

Let's hope the other 3 are serious players and dell isnt just helping them scrape the funds together  yes I'm pessimistix every day...

I reckon with sterling down the shitter because of brexit, the club being in the third division has caused a situation where we are irresistible to american investors. You can’t get this type of infrastructure normally at these prices. I can imagine they are buying sterling large to lock in the fx rate as well, I hope! Maybe they think we will become the 51st state and are getting in early.
