As do after the last 8 years we deseve this more than most, the constant relegation battles in the premership, the back to back relegations in recent years, and our failure to get promotion last season, i welcome the vision of a brighter future.

Edit, and of course our humiliation in front of the world during the trial of a certain ex player.

Meaning they got a takeover they walked the championship, and now look a decent premership side. city is what all teams that get taken over wish for, getting it on the other hand is somewhat different.

This. If he’s a minority investor then he’s involved, he’s an investor. If he gets the bug he may well become a bigger investor but we may not need that anyway. Btw when this breaks on the news tonight it will ensure we have a fun weekend, especially when Uncle Mike’s favourite club rips them a new arsehole.

Fans have always kept their dignity though no matter what turmoil the club has put us through. No shoes off, no funerals, no screaming at shop's, no attacking animals, no wasting of precious parliamentary time, no bed sheets, no smashed phone boxes, welcomed to London by the met and heads held high no matter how woeful we've been on the pitch.
