I think it was coming. Watching this game, Arsenal have not been on first gear but they have had a clear quality in their side that Newcastle have lacked. I don't think the mags have been bad, but Arsenal have defended against them very easily and also been able to pass them around the park and open up their defence with relative ease (although with no great efforts until now).

A season of struggle awaits.
