So what’s Ross’s target this season, to stay above the relegation zone?

We should’ve walked the league last season, why on earth would anyone expect us to go up this season or even play better when we’ve arguably weakened the squad? Ross is hopeless, plenty can see it, but there are those who just won’t accept it for some bizarre reason.

Oh yes - stability...

McLaughlin, new LB, new CB, Willis, McLaughlin, Dobson, McGeouch, O’Nien, McGeady, Maddison**, McNulty.

Watmore is apparently available due to last 12 months and high wages so could be on his way unfortunately. Try and get an arrangement with Loovens, allow Flanagan a free.

Baldwin & Ozturk back up CB. Hume back up LB, another RB to compete, Robson, Maguire, Embleton, Gooch, Grigg would be strong midfield/attack back up. It’s a long season and likely 60 games, we still need a proper balance through the squad.

That's the thing marra, who to get. More so, who could we get in at the moment? We're not the attractive premier League position we were. Don't get me wrong I'm not a fan of Jack Ross by the way. I don't dislike the bloke, however I don't think he's the man to take us forward.

To be honest I've no f***ing idea on both counts, but its crying out for change and its surely got to be on the owners minds from here onwards. If they stick with him it will bite them on the arse. Too many managers and coaches have his measure in this league, we're going no where.

Why do you leave at 85 though? I’m actually curious. Surely plastic fans who leave at 85 are the only ones who could not think this is shite

I've been a season ticket holder at this club for 45 years, so what your saying is we all have to happy with the situation as it is, any criticism gets you labelled as 'PLASTIC'
Get a grip lad..

You could also say that, but you would be incorrect. Their keeper made an excellent save about midway through the first half.
Fair enough then must have been a blinder that I've forgotten it. so that's 1 shot on target! Even its its 3 or 4 its not great is it.
Why float balls into the box for 2 strikers who aren't known for their heading ability, or constantly pull it back for no one to be there.

I don't understand it tbh, we don't have the personnel for it, he's playing McLaughlin a full-back at centre-back and an attacking midfielder at wing back. I also thought Hume was a liability.
We've gone from to center halves who can't pass to three. Ball playing center halves are essential when you play this formation, as last season all Oxfords best chances were created because we simply gave them them the ball
