Willis or Dobson for new captain. I get why people mention McGeady and Leadbitter but I’d not burden McGeady with it, I’d rather he could just concentrate on his own game.

I don’t think Leadbitter will be a regular starter.

Jon Mc is not a bad shout but if pushed I’d go for Willis at this point as it would be asking a lot of Dobson.

Why McGeoch he offers no leadership qualities at all? Leadbitter should be club captain and whoever is going to be an automatic choice as skipper on the pitch when Grant isn't selected, Dobson or McLaughlin (Jon)I would suggest.
