Needs leaving as is..People vent, people talk shite, there’s solid posters, there’s wind up merchants, there’s thick c unts and clever c unts. I ve never got why people get so precious or wound up by other members. It’s easy as fuck not to reply to every thread or jump on a comment you don’t agree with. Just chose who you want to engage with and you generally get what you want from the place.

You would lose the majority of posters and have a really f***ing boring stale board of wannabes who think they are summit special because they pay for it.

Absolutely f***ing stupid idea.

I don't even mind the mags that get on here, even the shitehawks. They all add something even if it's just to ridicule them and if they are boring their threads are easily bypassed.
 
1 pound membership fee to post for a lifetime - paid by a textmessage only - will sort out the spammers

I would just like it so if a thread got so many reports it just vanished off the board..that way we can effectively vote off the drivel

if a user got x numbers of threads rejected for posting shite...then they get a suspension as well

I think that this but it should be subject to approval by a quorum of the majority of top ten posters on the board. That way we can preserve a hegemony of unbiased posting, relevance and rationalism.

Top ten based on what? Quantity of posts? Not sure that I'd agree that the most prolific posters are necessarily good judges.
