Takeover in trouble

Over the last couple of days, defnitely. I'll freely admit I didn't sleep well last night.
You’re a self appointed financial expert on the club? To be honest you have zero influence or say? I’m staggered posters are taking you seriously? You’re an accountant, great! Why would you be losing sleep?

Don't let all this upset your day to day life mate. Your an accountant trying to do his best for those of us who are not financially trained, myself and plenty of others appreciate your efforts. If you get anything wrong that's fine as we know you don't have access to most of the clubs financial performance/data.

This is the inherent problem GOM. I appreciate you are trying to be positive, but I'll be honest it sounds like (in the nicest possible terms) you are um, tonguing their collective arseholes, with the idea that if you do that enough, they'll let you in the front door to have full penetrative sex (with their accounts). I don't think they ever will let you near Madrox's accounts, but the bigger problem is the language and evasiveness.

I just doubt very much whether the statements and language in the minutes will be categorical, or completely disprove the idea that the £10m loan was used to pay off Donald's personal debt for the shares. I also doubt it will provide a solid schedule of repayment.

If I'm wrong, I'll happily say so, but you're definitely interpreting their words as 'inarticulate' rather than 'disingenuous'. I think they often say things like 'it wasnt 32m' rather than 'it was 25m and we loaned ourselves the rest' for example.

1 there's no need for the personal attacks mate, they just ramp up the discussion into an argument that means nothing gets discussed.
It's also a pretty shit way to accuse GOM of having an agenda.

2 did they disprove the allegation that SD was using SAFC money to pay off his personal debts?

3 were you wrong?

Grumpy put them on ignore mate they are not worth it. No way should you be getting any grief off anyone. You have no agenda to try to spin.
This. For all I've found the views in this thread interesting there's no need for personal attacks on people who are just trying to make sense of the numbers.
