I wouldn't post it. Are agents the most trustworthy of people and hasn't Gordon Armstrong been slagging the club off at every opportunity.

It’s not Gordon or anyone else connected with him or his agency.

No there are some who aren’t always trustworthy, but when it’s someone I’ve known a while why would they lie to me?

At last

Some one else who can read on here

Amount of times I've had to correct posters on here that it wasn't a take over was unreal

If they were buying a controlling stake in the club then it is a takeover.

I think that’s where people are getting confused - there was so much paper talk saying they were looking to take a 74% stake iirc

*edit*

Seems this has since been covered

I've actually said nothing of the sort. I was simply asked to do something I couldn't. I've seen nothing of substance.
I obviously wasn’t clear. I wasn’t implying you had. It was me just guessing (as I stated), I was mainly basing in on you saying that you were ethically compromised by whatever the lad was alleging.

People tend to think that a takeover means acquiring 100% of the shares, although with private companies that is usually the case. The real number, as you obviously know, is 50%+1.
