Well Rafa has gone, it was an inevitable decision , his footy was rank shite at best and the cult status was weird as fuck.
Good decision for all concerned.New blood with a few Bob in his hip pocket should get us into the top 10 easy.

Pardew got 5th easy, so it can be done

00% Rafa camp, he did a decent job getting the best out of the players he had. Great work ethic in the side. Bought some shite, signed some good players. I’d rather have kept him, but life goes on.

Do you think he’s just pocketing that money, rather than using it to pay wages, transfers, maintenance, etc...

If he had any sense, he’d start using it to pay himself back the money he’s pumped into the club so he could then reduce the asking price and finally get rid of it.

They outspend you because they were promoted with low wage bills and no debt.

I can only see a good future, Rafa peddled and a good budget for incoming manager.
Back to Ashley's original model of young hungry imports, it was a decent time tbh and one I'm looking forward to , sick of playing for draws and surviving under Rafa.
