CC: Sussex vs Durham

Begins tomorrow at Hove. No news of the Durham squad as yet but I suppose it's a case of do Durham persevere with Jones and give him a chance to perform away from the Riverside or do we look elsewhere.

Earlier in the season we had Sussex 71-7 in their innings but let them off the hook with Wells scoring an unbeaten 98 and they ended as comfortable winners.

Sussex lie joint second in the table with Glamorgan at present on 93 points from 7 games having taken 21 batting points to our...erm...7.

Forecast...if you can believe them is sunny and warm with the odd thunderstorm thrown in.

Good luck Durham!

Squad announced - Poynter and Coughlin in. Potts and Jones out.
Interesting. no Scott Steel.

And which two from the squad don't make the cut ... ... on past experience it would be Clark and Coughlin imho, but does the coach want to give them some experience, especially Coughlin and who is he going to open with, not Clark surely so Bancroft?
