If I'd been in their position with the forecast, I'd been doing the same.

Rushy had a couple of shouts for lb and I couldn't see how they weren't out …. then e got his wicket caught bancroft.

For a change it appears the weather has been kind to us - interrupting them when building a decent partnership.

Hopefully our lads can come back in the morning and get stuck into them.

your comment about his comment about it being a 600 pitch not being far away might have been quite far away in the end

Nor, we were both right, it is a 600 pitch - we’ve just got the best bowling attack in the league ;)

When the wind whistled it was truly terrifying... And yet created such hauntingly beautiful melodies amongst the metal railings it was like watching an ethereal orchestra. Highly recommended but only for the brave and cultured

Was that scran you had at the Sticky Wicket laced with something?

Hopefully with the sun out this morning in CLS we can get a prompt start (after it basically pissed down for seven hours last night) and end another one of those pesky partnerships that is slowly building. Lets hope Critchley doesn't make us pay for Lees drop in the slips.

I think he’s trying to prove that he falls into the ‘brave and cultured’ category.

Regarding today, I’m hoping the overnight rise in the water table will lead to an early morning clatter of wickets, four to be exact. Followed then, by an afternoon of serene and comfortable batting from those representing The North.
