It’s a supporters podcast. We’re bothered about what we see on the pitch man.

Nobody thinks they should have known better, we want to know what they think.

maybe we should ask the bloke on the turnstile why Ross can't get the best out of Grigg then?

FFS.

On the buyout:

- Deal was for £40m to buy the club;
- £25m was ring-fenced out of the parachute payments which paid off the bank debt;
- The remaining surplus (£15m) was paid by Donald etc.
- Ndong was down to go for Watford for £8.5m;
- Ndong didn't leave, therefore they agreed to pay circa £5m towards the £15m with the remaining balance being paid in September;
- The figures were submitted at the end of July, therefore this transaction was not picked up in latest accounts.

To summarise:

- £15m paid by Donald and co;
- £25m from parachute payment used to settle debt with Short, this money to be replaced over time as the club needs it based on current business plan;
- The reality is, we have done well financially this season.

Charlie Methven loves to ask himself questions and answer them mind. If you were to build the typical southener from the ground up you'd build that fucker.

It’s amazing how open the owners are. Some of the stuff they’ve revealed about finances, player contracts, etc you’d never in a million years think you’d hear a football club owner come out with.

Whatever mistakes have been made this season, and there’s no hiding they’ve been made, you cannot begin to doubt the sincerity of Donald. You can hear the raw emotion in his voice. You feel like saying “HAWAY Stewy we’ll bounce back from this, let’s go and get a beer”

The real position will be clearer in next year's accounts. The problem is that the year end came in the middle of a work in progress.

What a surprise, another goalkeeper for whom the ownership can do no wrong.

:lol: you've taken a bit of a leap there.
Just think the standard of interviewing is poor and surprised they got away with chasing so many dead ends trying to get SD to throw his manager under the bus.

Its na interview with the owner of the club, I'm interested in listening to questions he can answer, not what this random blokes opinions are on Will Grigg

This is the best podcast to date, a real interview with hard questions, that needed answers, and kick back on both Charlie and Stuart, if your watching Bromley your replacements have gone up 10 levels, on your performance, not such a McDonald's meal now ;)

Charlie speaks well when he talks about his actual remit.
