Just watched the little video on RR twitter of CM and it being a 100 point season, about him needing to hear reasoning for this season etc, doesn’t sound like he is convinced by Ross at all, just a small clip so maybe the context isn’t right but if they are having those thoughts and asking those questions then Ross should be gone by now.

I'm not convinced there should be to be fair. I kna I lost me rag a bit on here Sunday night but in the cold light of day I'm still on the fence over Jack Ross. Maybe that's just because I want him to do well, but maybe giving him another window and the start of next season is the right thing to do. He needs to improve though.

Two question that need asking is - 1. "Why have the results and performances went backwards since mid -December" ? and 2. "Why is Will Grigg so disinterested these past few games and caused him to head straight for the tunnel at the final whistle on Sunday leaving his team mates on the pitch"?
