Has anyone on here done teeth whitening? What are the best ways or most cost effective ways as I keep seeing loads of products advertised but get awful reviews.

Watched a thing on bbc the other day where they got a dentist to do proper reviews on tooth whitening products and the only thing that showed any real visible improvement was the procedure that you have to actually get done by the dentist. They aren’t allowed to sell kits on the high street containing anything like the amount of peroxide that a dentist is allowed to use, and it’s usually such an insignificant amount in the over-the-counter treatments that you might as well throw your money away.
