Did it make much difference?
The only effective product away from the dentists chair is crest whitening strips.Has anyone on here done teeth whitening? What are the best ways or most cost effective ways as I keep seeing loads of products advertised but get awful reviews.
Firmino, but they’re veneers.Doesn’t one of the Liverpool players have ridiculously dazzlingly white teeth?
You pompous twat!
(Find stuff online useless, paid dentist £200 for cast gumshield thing n 3 shringes)
Another vote for the at home dentist supplied kits.
Can make your teeth quite sensitive though. I got shooting pains in a couple of teeth whilst I had the trays on.
My mate Ross, who lives in New York, is an expert on teeth whitening, spray tans and impressing the ladies by wearing leather trousers.
How much did the invisalign cost (could do with that on my upper teeth tbh).Another vote from me too.
I had invisalign done on my top and bottom teeth and after 42 weeks of treatment to get my gnashers straight, I thought id get them cleaned up. I didn't want bright white daft lads' teeth... just less yellow. Initially, I went to a cosmetic dentist in Sunderland who recommended the trays and gel treatments with a follow up and regular maintenance kit. Shop around, I was quoted £700 but in the end got it for £400.
Results were brilliant, i now laugh at mates who've had veneers, they always look as though they are 1.5x too big for their mouths.
Watched a thing on bbc the other day where they got a dentist to do proper reviews on tooth whitening products and the only thing that showed any real visible improvement was the procedure that you have to actually get done by the dentist. They aren’t allowed to sell kits on the high street containing anything like the amount of peroxide that a dentist is allowed to use, and it’s usually such an insignificant amount in the over-the-counter treatments that you might as well throw your money away.
Just order the gumshield and syringes of bleach from the dentist, you only leave them in for 30 mins these days as it’s strong stuff it used to be overnight , yes it works results are class once you get a good base it’s just few times a year maintenance needed to maintain the whiteness . Shop around different dentists prices vary a lot

Yeah, it comes over a bit like that doesn’t it. But on the programme they used a machine that tests the colour of teeth so it was an objective test!So a dentist said the only thing that worked was a procedure done by a dentist eh
