Game of Thrones season 8

About 20 episodes dedicated to the young lass faceless man tedious as fuck storyline then they finish it all off as quick as that? f***ing bollocks.
She snuck up on the Night King and killed him, literally saving the life of every living thing on the planet.

I think that was a reasonably effective and important use of her training and experience.
And she also took vengeance by wiping out the family that murdered her own.

At the end of Game of Thrones, the Westerosi elite chose to put Bran Stark on the throne (or more accurately, to turn his wheelchair into a throne, since the actual throne is gone and he's already sorted for seating).

I have an idea. Dig up a weirwood tree and plant it where the iron throne used to be. Carve out a wheelchair-shaped indentation.

Hey presto! A throne/iPod dock for Bran

Nah, still think he was the best of them all.

Confused by that one. I thought it was ash from the burning.

But then saw the dragon, and it looked more like snow.

Then the imp said he'd "had nothing to do but think for a couple of weeks". wtf?
It's a least a 2 week trek from Winterfell for Sansa too, it was mentioned as being 2 weeks before Winter properly started too so may have taken even longer really.

Thought it was ash when it started coming down in the last episode but it looked a lot more like snow in that episode like. Presumed it was winter arriving.

Painfully obvious GRRM told them that Jon kills Dany and Bran becomes king.

But how they got there and how they left things was painful to watch.

Once they were finished with the source material it was no longer the same show.

Two glaring examples being littlefinger and Varys, two of the most complicated characters in the show who ultimately went out with a whimper. They’re scheming and so on was trademark GoT but once GRRM wasn’t writing the show runners couldn’t keep it going.

Ultimately disappointing and like someone here said, a great show has dragged itself across the line like a javelined dragon.
The killing of little finger was a class scene.
