It's in the echo would copy and paste it but my phone has decided not to do that
Club should be saying he’s definitely out and spring a surprise with the lineup on the day if he’s ready to go.

Tuesday mateAny news on him Bob?
I agree mateCannot see him playing. Ross said he needs total rest for it to heal. Plus the injections to ease the pain seem to of stopped working
Positive spin that. Nothing new there mateJack Ross is hopeful of having Aiden McGeady available for the Play-Off Final against Charlton Athletic next Sunday.
The Republic of Ireland winger was forced to sit out of both semi-final legs against Portsmouth, despite initially being named in the starting XI to face Pompey in the first leg at the Stadium of Light last Saturday.
But Ross believes the extended rest will help McGeady, who has been struggling with a foot injury sustained at Accrington Stanley at the start of April.
“Aiden will have a chance of being involved in the final,” he said.
“Obviously, the fact that the first leg was last Saturday, and the final is just over two weeks from that game, gives him that extended break again.
“That was part of the incentive tonight, knowing that if we got to the final, we could have a player of Aiden’s quality back available.
He continued: “It’ll give him a good break and then we’ll assess him in the week leading up to the final.”

Bench for me
Wasn’t it impossible for us to beat Portsmouth without him last week? We played a very good Portsmouth side twice without him and never looked like losing. Yes McGeady would be a massive bonus but we can beat Charlton without him.The difference between going up and not imo. If he can play without making the injury worse then we should play him imo. If it's just pain management I'm sure it can be worked around....even if it's a twenty minute cameo.
Will Watmore make the bench if McGeady is involved ? Probably means a forward player missing out and I don’t think he will do thatAn extra week will give him and Watmore a fighting chance.
Great options off the bench.
If Mcgeady doesn't start, then Maguire has too imo. Where does the creativity come from otherwise?Him and Maguire on bench for me.
Let’s not rewrite history, we had 2 excellent saves from our keeper and the bar to thank for getting through the second round.Wasn’t it impossible for us to beat Portsmouth without him last week?
